WORLD MAP OF CHILD SOLDIERS (2000/2001)India does it. So do Pakistan, Afghanistan, Myanmar, Nepal, Indonesia, the Philippines, East Timor and several Central Asian states. United Nations Secretary General Kofi Annan has labeled the practice one of the most morally reprehensible acts of systematic abuse worldwide, and even took the extraordinary step of publicly naming the culprits last year. Saddam's execution was barbaric......, - Jan 06, 2007
THE HANGING of Saddam Hussein on 30 December had nothing to do with obtaining justice for his victims or the working people of Iraq and everything to do with satisfying the agenda of the elite Iraqi Shia-dominated government and US imperialism. It has further polarised sectarian divisions in Iraq, with the predictable consequence that ordinary Iraqis will pay a heavy price due to reprisal bombings and other attacks. Those who lost family members and friends at the hands of S...

Chip war hottens up in 2007---- INTEL VS AMD - Jan 02, 2007
What a difference a year makes. One year ago, we were dazed, dazzled, and beguiled by the arrival of dual-core processors. Offerings from Intel Corp. and Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (AMD) had analysts, journalists, IT pros, and enthusiasts all gushing with praise for a bright new multitasking future. Amazingly, both Intel and AMD were able to deliver on the potential of dual-core processing. Throughout 2006, desktop PCs played host to a series of processors that, while sl...
